![]() ![]() Unfortunately, Sandals had to make a decision to tighten up the isolation a short time after this. They were looking very pricey! We arrived on 23 December, had our test on 24 December and were 'on the other side' by Christmas Day. To be honest I was more excited by the fact that Sandals would pay for our Covid test. We received an email from Sandals a couple of days before we departed explaining the situation with regard to Sandals and Sandals Royal. I would recommend travelers consult the website and carefully examine their entry requirements prior to booking. I would not have booked a trip there had the process been described accurately. Additionally, the COVID 19 travel requirements for Barbados listed on the Sandals website are incorrect. I have emailed their customer service and received nothing but an automated response acknowledging receipt of my message. If you attempt to wait, you are ultimately prompted to enter in your confirmation number, date of travel and callback number. If you leave a callback number, they do not call back. I now would like to cancel the trip, but there is no way to do this on the website and getting through to customer service via phone is impossibility difficult. I booked a trip to Sandals Barbados one week ago before I firmed up my summer plans, figuring I could cancel for any reason based on their "book with confidence" policy. My review is based solely on the booking / cancellation policy. ![]()
